Overview

Allie has an extensive background in legal writing and research and utilized that background in her trial practice in the areas of employment an insurance litigation. She utilizes that background on behalf of her clients in successfully defending sexual harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination lawsuits early in the litigation process through the filing of successful dispositive motions.   

Prior to joining the firm, she was a law clerk as a judicial extern for a Superior Court Judge in her hometown of San Diego, California where she was exposed to a variety of litigation and legal issues coming before the court.  Allie she also served as a law clerk in the civil division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of California where she assisted in defending the United States government and its agencies against numerous civil lawsuits. Upon her move to St. Louis, Allie worked as a staff attorney for the St. Louis County Circuit Court where she primarily conducted legal research and provided legal assistance to Circuit Court judges on a diverse array of civil matters.
