Caius Gillen is an associate trial lawyer who focuses his practice representing insurance carriers in the handling, investigation and defending first party insurance claims and lawsuits primarily involving potential arson fraud claims and litigation. This includes interviewing witnesses, taking examinations under oath, and requesting and reviewing documents during the investigation of first party claims.

Caius is part of the firm’s insurance coverage practice group concentrating on lawsuits involving first party coverage interpretation and issues of potential arson/fraud in the submitting of insurance claims.  His experience in working as an extern for the United States Bankruptcy Court provide him with unique insight into analyzing financial records of individuals and businesses as they may relate to any first party insurance claim. In addition, he provides coverage analysis regarding coverage issues involving covered causes of loss, exclusions, and policy interpretation as it relates to first party insurance claims losses.

Outside the practice of law, Caius enjoys working out, playing pickleball, and spending time with his family and friends.
