Christal M. Wang

Overview

Christal Wang concentrates her practice on defending employers and business leaders in class actions and commercial disputes in state and federal courts. Her experience includes representing a wide range of clients, including state-wide elected officials, health care providers, manufacturers, real estate developers, homeowner associations, universities, and food and beverage companies. Christal also has experience defending employers and management against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and wrongful termination.

Christal has represented plaintiffs and counterclaim defendants to recover millions of dollars as well as successfully defended clients through summary judgment, disposing of claims before ever reaching a jury.

Christal previously served in the Missouri Attorney General’s Office as an Assistant Attorney General. There, she tried multiple cases to judgment on behalf of the State of Missouri at the trial level and successfully defended cases on appeal as well.

During law school, Christal was an editor for the ABA Journal of Labor & Employment Law, and she interned for the world's largest brewing company and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
