Colton J. Woodson

Overview

Colton Woodson focuses his trial practice in representing clients involved in insurance law, premises and retail liability, and product liability litigation. In addition, he is a member of the Appellate practice group handling appeals. Colton started his legal career as a judicial clerk in the United States Federal Court, Western District of Tennessee.

Prior to joining WWBH, Colton earned his Bachelor of Science in Sports Business Management from Maryville University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. He then received his Juris Doctor from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, where he served as the Student Bar Association President and Treasurer and worked as a student attorney in its Appellate Clinic.

In his spare time, Colton enjoys going on walks with his wife, Haley, and their golden retriever, Chewie, volunteering at his church, and watching the Memphis Grizzlies.
