Dylan McCloskey is an associate trial lawyer who focuses his practice defending individuals and business entities in complex construction litigation and premises liability lawsuits throughout Missouri and Illinois. His background in engineering provides Dylan with insight and understanding into the inner workings of complex construction projects providing him a unique ability to represent parties involved in construction defect disputes and litigation.

Prior to joining the WWBH, Dylan graduated magna cum laude with his Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law, where he was an 1843 Scholar and Dean’s Scholar. He was a member of the Moot Court and Trial Advocacy teams while at SLU LAW. Prior to law school, Dylan graduated magna cum laude from Saint Louis University with a degree in Civil Engineering where he was awarded the SLU Senior Civil Engineering Award from the American Society of Civil Engineers.

In his spare time, Dylan enjoys gardening, running, cheering for the Kansas City Chiefs, and coaching the SLU Undergrad Mock Trial Team.
