Overview

Elizabeth Bradshaw is an associate trial lawyer who focuses her practice defending corporations, individuals, and insurers involved in lawsuits throughout Missouri and Illinois. Elizabeth’s areas of focus are premises liability lawsuits, and personal injury litigation. She enjoys advocating for her clients in every stage of litigation, getting early experience by focusing in this area while in law school.

Elizabeth graduated cum laude from Southern Illinois University School of Law and was on the champion moot court team where she exhibited her advocacy skills and attention to detail in written submissions. While serving on the Moot Court Board she concentrated on litigation and dispute resolution. She also was active in the SIU Civil Practice Clinic and Sports Law Association.

Outside of the office, she enjoys running, playing competitive sports, particularly volleyball, spending time with friends, and outdoor activities, like hiking.
