Overview

Emily Cataldo concentrates her trial practice on defending individuals in lawsuits involving property damage in the areas of premises liability and construction defect law.  Prior to joining the firm Emily interned at the Veteran’s Affairs Office of the General Counsel, enhancing her skills in legal research and writing. In addition to the time spent at the Veteran’s Affairs Office she spent her summers interning as a law clerk for a law firm working in both the civil and criminal areas of litigation.

In her spare time, Emily enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family, and friends, as well as volunteering with the ALS Association, St. Louis Chapter.
