Joel B. Uffman

Overview

Joel is a trial lawyer who focuses his trial practice defending businesses, individuals, and insurers involved in lawsuits throughout the state of Missouri. Joel’s areas of practice include business litigation, insurance coverage law, premises liability, and product liability.

Joel graduated from the Saint Louis University - School of Law where he dedicated himself to legal research focused on products liability. Prior to joining WWBH, Joel spent his early years as Team Lead Attorney with a litigation firm concentrating on trying complex family law litigation which allowed him to hone his skills in trial and trial preparation and providing him with the necessary skills to effectively advocate for his clients’ needs through all stages of litigation. Prior to law school, Joel graduated from Missouri Baptist University with a major in Business Administration.

Joel lives in Eureka, Missouri with his wife and children. In his free time, he greatly enjoys playing volleyball, watching the St. Louis Blues, and spending time with his growing family.
