Katharine A. Lally

Overview

Katharine Lally is an associate trial lawyer who represents clients in litigation involving the defense of premises liability litigation as well as employment law. In addition, Katharine concentrates much of her practice advising insurance carriers in complex insurance coverage disputes related to business commercial general liability policies and underinsured and uninsured coverage issues. Her practice includes venues throughout the state of Missouri. Prior to joining the firm, she was a judicial intern for the 22nd Judicial Circuit Court in St. Louis City where she grew her skills in legal research, writing, and the litigation process. In addition to the time spent at the 22nd Judicial Court, she spent her summers interning at a St. Louis County law firm working in civil litigation.

Prior to attending law school, Katharine earned a molecular biology degree from Rockhurst University, where she graduated cum laude.
