Luke T. Viestenz

Overview

Luke is an associate trial lawyer who focuses his trial practice on the defense of businesses, individuals, and insurers involved in lawsuits throughout the State of Missouri and Kansas. Luke’s areas of practice include defending clients in the areas of Business and Commercial Litigation, Insurance Coverage law, Transportation, and Premises Liability.

Prior to joining the firm, Luke graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law and School of Business, where he completed the JD/MBA joint-degree program, graduating with his JD and MBA. While at law school, he served as a Student Ambassador, Vice President of KU Law Military and Veterans Society, and 1L Representative for the Business & Tax Law Society. Before law school, Luke graduated from William Jewell College, where he studied Political Science and was a 4-year member of the William Jewell Baseball team.

Outside the practice of law, Luke serves as an Infantry Officer in the Kansas National Guard and enjoys spending time with his family, training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and hiking with his dogs.
