Matthew B. Audish

Overview

Matthew B. Audish is a Senior Associate trial lawyer who focuses his practice within the Business & Commercial Litigation, Class Action Defense, Creditors’ Rights, Employment & Labor Law, and Insurance Law groups. Matthew prioritizes the development of trustworthy client relationships and communication of complicated legal issues clearly and concisely. He believes in working collaboratively to determine practical solutions throughout each step of a matter.

Matthew has represented businesses and professionals in various business, real estate, and employment litigation matters, including claims arising out of breaches of contract, business torts, leases and purchase and sale agreements, and workers’ compensation disputes. He has litigated matters before trial, appellate, and federal courts. He also possesses experience in resolving cases through mediation and arbitration.

Additionally, Matthew has represented clients in a wide range of complex civil and commercial matters, including claims under the Washington Consumer Protection Act, insurance disputes, bankruptcy and receivership proceedings, and more.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys exploring the St. Louis culinary scene, reading presidential biographies, and taking long walks with his dog around Forest Park. He is a native of Los Angeles and is an avid supporter of the Los Angeles Lakers and Los Angeles Dodgers.
