Megan A. Melvin

Overview

Megan is an associate trial lawyer who focuses her trial practice in the defense of businesses, individuals, and insurers involved in lawsuits throughout the state of Missouri. Megan’s areas of focus are defending clients in the areas of complex business and commercial litigation, class actions, and insurance coverage law.

Prior to joining the firm, Megan graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law, where she was a Dean’s Scholar, and developed her advocacy skills through participation in Trial Advocacy and Moot Court. In her last year of law school, Megan served as a member of the Mock Trial team, winning the Missouri Attorney General’s Cup in Fall 2023. For her excellence in trial advocacy, Megan received the Milton F. Napier Scholarship from the Lawyer’s Association of St. Louis, Missouri. Megan also takes pride in her written advocacy, as evidenced by her work as a lead editor for the Saint Louis University Journal of Health Law & Policy.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys exploring the St. Louis food scene, attending concerts, and spending time with her miniature dachshund, River.
