Samuel Rebmann is an associate trial lawyer who focuses his practice on defending businesses and individuals in lawsuits involving automobile dealership & manufacturing warranty issues, construction defects, and claims under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. In addition, he represents clients involved in premises liability litigation often involving high damage exposure matters alleging wrongful death and catastrophic injury. In representing businesses, he often is faced with allegation against the firm’s clients involving alleged violations of the Missouri Merchandising Protection Act and that is where Sams research and writing skills assist in narrowing the issues and obtain assist in obtaining favorable results in the motion practice phase of the litigation on behalf of the firm’s clients.

Prior to his legal career Sam was a Legislative Intern for the United States House Committee on Natural Resources where he learned the ins and outs of the legislative process and the drafting of statutory text.

Outside the practice of law, Sam enjoys spending time with his family and two dogs, going fishing, and supporting his hometown Saint Louis City SC, Cardinals, and Blues.
