Overview
Spencer Mammen is an associate trial lawyer who focuses his practice defending businesses and individuals in lawsuits throughout the state of Missouri in the areas of product liability, premises liability and construction defect litigation. In addition, Spencer is a member of the firm’s Criminal Defense Practice group, defending clients charged with misdemeanors and felonies that involve potential imprisonment.
Prior to joining the firm, Spencer graduated from the University of UMKC School of Law, where he graduated cum laude and served as a staff member for UMKC Law Review’s 90th Volume. Spencer focused on trial and appellate advocacy, where he honed his writing and oral argument skills by participating in mock trials and oral arguments in moot court.
In his free time, Spencer enjoys travel, hiking, and spending time with his friends, family, and his cat, Archer.
