Tyler’s trial practice primarily focuses on class actions, complex contract and business disputes, and property damage cases. He takes pride in assisting in defending his clients from initial pleading all the way through trial and appeal.

Tyler’s recent experience in this regard includes successfully obtaining a dismissal with prejudice on behalf of a local municipality in Missouri state court. He also recently assisted lead trial counsel in successfully defending an insurance carrier client in obtaining a defense verdict on behalf of the client in federal court in Little Rock, Arkansas.
