Watters Wolf Bub Hansmann is pleased to announce that Christine Lesicko and Joe Krispin have been named as Co-Chairs of our Appellate Practice Group.
Christine Lesicko has over a decade of appellate experience that includes an appellate clerkship and representing businesses, individuals, and government agencies in both state and federal appeals. She has briefed more than two hundred cases and has presented oral arguments in more than fifty cases. In addition, Christine has successfully prepared writs of prohibition and mandamus in the Missouri courts and assisted counsel at trial with preservation of issues for appellate review.
Joe Krispin has years of experience preparing briefs and writs before Missouri’s appellate courts and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. He takes pride in his persuasive legal research and writing skills which have led to numerous successful appellate victories in state and federal court. Joe’s appellate experience is primarily related to insurance policy interpretation, but he has also handled appeals involving tort liability and statutory interpretation, and he is very familiar with technicalities of appellate procedure that are unique to Missouri’s appellate courts.
