Workers’ Compensation Defense

The attorneys in the Workers’ Compensation Defense Group represents employers before the Division of Worker’s Compensation and provide our clients early estimates of exposure for the purpose of establishing reserves and allotting resources in a manner consistent with need of each individual case. We make recommendations for the swift and successful resolution of claims where possible and the strong defense of cases where trial before the Commission is necessary.

Our workers comp defense attorneys regularly appear before the Division throughout the State of Missouri, mainly in the areas of St. Louis and St. Charles where the vast majority of represented cases arise.
