In Truck Accident Trial Plaintiff Demanded $11,000,000, Verdict of only $850,000

In a two-week jury trial in Kansas State Circuit Court, Jim Foland defended a concrete company and its truck driver who was traveling with a fully loaded cement truck that failed to yield and T-boned Plaintiff.  Plaintiff, a practicing lawyer, alleged a TBI that caused her to shut down her successful practice and caused her debilitating physical injuries.  Her lowest demand was $11 Million Dollars.  Jim convinced the jury to reach a verdict for $850,000 with 25% fault allocation to Plaintiff.
