In 2021, in what is considered to be the largest coverage and bad faith lawsuit in Missouri history, Tim Wolf and co-counsel obtained summary judgment for the insurer after holding there was no coverage and alleged bad faith exposure for an approximately $400 million underlying judgment related to minors alleging injury from toxic lead exposure from a lead smelter operation in southern Missouri.
